Fred has more knowledge than just an average technician. He always believes in Accuracy and Perfection.  Military Trained to be that perfectionist that he has become. Certified in Electric -Gas - Steam for over 20 years and  been a service tech. for 30 years.  I personally, as his wife, say he can always fix anything. We do not plan to get rich off of this idea.
